Rower - Moment in time

It is a scorching hot day, blue clouds are bright as blue the sun is out and shining upon the ocean water. In the distance I can see a tropical looking island with a grassy mountain peak. There are two men that seem to be wearing black life jackets with yellow zips and they are both in yellow kayaks.

In this image I can see that one of the men got attacked by a pink salmon like octopus. He has a hard grip on his paddle and is using it to try and distance himself from the octopus. There is a big splash of water as the seal rushes up from beneath the water and tosses the octopus to the man in the kayak. It seems to me that a giant octopus got thrown from the brown shimmering seal towards the man on the bright yellow coloured kayak, and the man was using his paddle to defend himself from the octopus.

Behind all of the tragedy happening, there’s a man that is also in a yellow kayak. It looks like he wasn’t paying much attention to what had happened. Afterwards the man might have been in a big shock. I can see the tentacles and suckers that look like suction cups on the octopus. It looks like the man had gotten hit by the octopus. It got thrown by the seal right towards the man than suddenly he got hit on the face by the large sized octopus. The two guys in the kayaks both must have got a big shock when the octopus leaped out of the sea out of nowhere.

The person who took the photo/video must have got a big fright from that as well. In this photo I can see a big blob of water as the shimmering seal popped its head out of the water, as the water splashed onto his face he could taste sea salt water. The seal has white long thin whiskers and a big shiny brown body. The octopus has enormous long tentacles, and a long slimy body shaped like an oval.

My Group's collaborative piece of writing
In my group we had to describe the above picture and we did a joint Moment in Time piece of writing together. In my group I worked with Melianna and havana. This is our collaborative work
