1.first we had to get into groups the groups names were Sydney Swans and hawthorn hawks. We had to hand ball the ball to your team mates and try to get the ball to your goal catcher and earn a point.

2.Then you have to get a partner from the other group then you do a ruck. The umpire will throw the ball up high and someone will hit the  ball to their side so their team can get the ball.

The Ruck

1.The umpire has to throw the ball up and you have to jump and high five your the ball to your team. It helps to decide who gets the ball first.There are the ruck-men and there is an umpire.

The Clock


1.The umpire has to say out  3,6,9 or 12 o'clock and then the umpire has to throw the ball high,then the ruck men have to try throw the ball to the direction and number that the umpire said.

The bounce 

1.put your hands straight like a robot arms.

2.point the x mark towards your face.

3.bounce the ball on the curve

Marks

Chest mark; your buddy has to throw the ball to you and you have to scoop up the ball and hold it to your chest. Your arms look like an eleven.

Hand mark;Put your hands up in the air like you are taking a picture.

Spectacular mark;pick a buddy then make sure your buddy is a metre away from you then one of you have to hold the ball then the other person has to run, jump with a knee up and grab the ball.
